I. Cancellations by Viviidh Vanity
Viviidh Vanity reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion due to reasons such as pricing errors, fraud concerns, or technical issues. If canceled after payment, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

II. Cancellations and Refunds by Customers

• Returns: Returns are accepted only for wrong deliveries or genuine defects, reported within 24 hours of delivery via email at info@viviidhvanity.com. Refunds or replacements are processed after verification.
• Exclusions: No refunds are provided for incorrect shipping addresses or failed delivery attempts.
