Shipping policy

Dispatch
Products are shipped from Viviidh Vanity's warehouses or offices across India. We aim to dispatch products within 2-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery
Deliveries are made via third-party logistics partners between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. Orders must be signed for upon receipt. If signed by another individual at the provided address, the purchaser assumes full responsibility.

We are not liable for incorrect delivery addresses or damages post-delivery. Any shortages or damages must be reported within 12 hours of delivery via email at info@viviidhvanity.com.
